New 5” Rift and Quartered White Oak, stained Early American, finished with commercial grade water base finish. Refinish existing strip oak, custom blend using @durasealwoodfinishes ebony/classic gray. Finish with semigloss commercial grade water base finish. New 100+ year old Tobaccowood Flooring (milled grade) from @cochranslumber finished using @lobawakolusa Easy Finish (satin). Red oak staircase was water popped and stained using True Black @durasealwoodfinishes to create an intentional contrast. Newly installed 3 1/4” Brazilian Cherry hardwood. Finished hardwood floor, handrail, newel post and treads with a premium grade residential water base finish. Sand and refinish existing 2 1/4” No.1 Red Oak hardwood. Water popped, application of Rubio Monocoat White 5% penetrating oil. Newly installed wide plank distressed Antique Oak hardwood.
